What's Included With Boat Rental
In addition to the canoe or kayak, all boat rentals include:

- Spray Skirt (if applicable)

Boat Availability
- We have a
wide selection of rental canoes and kayaks from Current Designs, Dagger,
eddyline, Perception and Wenonah.
- All rental
boats are reservable - call us for availability.
- Boats not
reserved are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Rental Requirements,
Terms & Conditions
- Paddlers must have previous
experience.
- Rusted Moon Outfitters
requires all users to sign equipment, property and liability waivers.
The customer is responsible for any repair or replacement of lost
or damaged gear.
- Rusted Moon Outfitters
requires a security deposit. A credit card is needed at the time of
equipment pick up for this deposit.
- Rusted Moon Outfitters
reserves the right to refuse a rental due to inadequate boat transportation
system.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign for
them.
- Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Late returns will be charged at the applicable rate. There are no
refunds for early rental returns. A $10 cleaning fee will be charged
for equipment returned dirty.
Paddling Classes
Basic Sea Kayaking Class: This is the
class to take to establish the foundation that all paddlers need.
In the classroom we will discuss the equipment needed for the sport;
in addition we discuss safety concerns and paddling destinations.
Once on the water, we will cover basic strokes, bracing skills and
group rescue techniques. The class is 4 hours and includes all equipment
and is limited to 6 people per session. Cost: $60
Private, Group or Specialty Classes

for more information.
